These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you ("the player") and Winshark Entertainment N.V. ("Winshark", "we"). By registering an account, you accept these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

✓ You must be at least 19 years old (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec) and legally permitted to gamble online in your location.

✓ One account per player, household and device is permitted.

✓ Winshark does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

2. Account Rules

✓ You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

✓ Information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.

✓ Winshark may request additional verification (KYC) at any time, and must receive it before processing your first withdrawal.

4. Bonus Terms

✓ Wagering requirement: 35× (deposit + bonus amount) before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

✓ Maximum bet while a bonus is active: CAD5 per spin/round — exceeding this may void remaining bonus funds.

✓ Bonus funds and related winnings expire 30 days after being credited if wagering isn't completed.

5. KYC / AML Obligations

Under our Kahnawake and Curaçao licensing obligations, Winshark applies anti-money-laundering (AML) checks to all accounts. This includes identity verification, source-of-funds checks for larger transactions, and transaction monitoring. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals delayed or declined until documentation is resolved.

6. Prohibited Activities

🚫 Creating multiple accounts

🚫 Using bots, scripts or automated play

🚫 Bonus abuse, including coordinated "chip dumping" between linked accounts

🚫 Using VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location to bypass restrictions

Violations may result in bonus/winnings forfeiture and account closure, per our Betting Rules.

7. Force Majeure

Winshark is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment-processor failures, or regulatory action.

8. Disputes

Contact support first. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, our primary regulator.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-account notice before taking effect.
