Responsible Gaming at Winshark
Gambling should stay entertaining. Winshark provides free tools to help you stay in control, and works with independent organizations that support players who need help. This page explains every tool available and where to find outside support.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 19 years old to register at Winshark (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, matching each province's legal gambling age). Age is verified during KYC before your first withdrawal, and accounts found to belong to a minor are closed immediately with any funds returned.
Tools to Stay in Control
All of these are available free from Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, and self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed early by simply changing your mind — this is intentional, to make the tool effective.

Third-Party Blocking Software
Software like GamBan or BetBlocker can block access to gambling sites, including Winshark, across all your devices — useful as an extra layer alongside self-exclusion.
