Betting Rules
These rules govern how games function on Winshark, how fairness is verified, and what happens in the event of a technical malfunction. They apply to every real-money and free-play session on the platform.
1. General Principles
2. RNG Audits & RTP Disclosure
Game outcomes are certified by independent testing labs recognized by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and Curaçao eGaming. Every slot's info panel discloses its certified RTP and volatility rating before you play.
| Game | Provider | RTP |
|---|---|---|
| Aviator | Spribe | 97.00% |
| Gates of Olympus | Pragmatic Play | 96.50% |
| Sweet Bonanza | Pragmatic Play | 96.48% |

| Mega Moolah | Microgaming | 88.12% (base) + progressive jackpot |

5. Crash Games (Aviator & similar)
Crash games use a provably-fair algorithm — each round's crash point is generated and can be independently verified via a cryptographic hash published before the round starts, so the outcome cannot be altered after bets are placed.
6. Jackpot Games
Progressive jackpots (e.g. Mega Moolah) pool a small percentage of every real-money wager across all linked casinos. Winners are notified in-app and via email immediately, and jackpot payouts are processed the same way as standard withdrawals — see payment times.
7. Bonus Abuse & Multi-Accounting
Using multiple accounts, bots, or coordinated play to exploit bonus terms is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture or account closure. Full detail in our Terms & Conditions.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a game result, contact support first with your session details. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission as our primary regulator.
